- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪SERC in Lansing is a top-notch physical therapy clinic, there are none better. I have used these therapists for multiple sports related injuries three times in the last three years. Possibly the best observation I can make is that patients are seen in a cheerful open air room where the atmosphere is professional but never stifling or intimidating. Each therapist I have encountered is well trained and maintains their education by routinely attending ongoing education opportunities. In other clinics, the standard is to visit with an actual PT once, perhaps twice, while treatments are administered via a tech. At SERC, you will see an actual licensed physical therapist (or a student of physical therapy nearing graduation who is overseen by a licensed PT) each and every visit.
